Facebook today began publishing 360-degree videos in users' Newsfeeds. The immersive videos are available from a handful of content providers to start and the selection should expand over time. According to Facebook, users on the web can pan around 360-degree videos using their mouse. On mobile devices, people can use their finger to push the camera around, or move the phone itself to view different sections of the video. Facebook said it will bring the 360-degree video to its Android application first, followed by iOS in a few months.
