HBO updated its HBO Now application and added support for Google's Chromecast device. Android smartphone and tablet owners will now be able to push HBO Now content from their device to a Chromecast-equipped TV. HBO Now is HBO's $15-per-month subscription video service. Google said a handful of other apps have been updated with Chromecast support, including games FitFlap and Catch Phrase Blitz, as well as Pixlr, Food Network, Travel Channel, and Pokemon TV. All these apps are available from the Google Play Store.
