Opera today said its Opera Mini web browser is now available as a stable release for Windows Phone. The browser had been available as a beta for several months. Opera listened to user feedback in order to prepare today's full release. The browser lets users gauge how much mobile data they are conserving in daily, weekly, and monthly views. The download manager provides more granular control over when and where the browser downloads files. Opera made it quicker to reach the Speed Dial and bookmark functions, as well. Opera Mini for Windows Phone is free to download from the Windows Phone Store.
