Sprint Says Hello Moto

The FCC today revealed a new Motorola clamshell bound for Sprint. The C290 will be a basic PCS Vision phone with 1xRTT data. It does not possess a camera, external display or other advanced features beyond a speakerphone. However this phone is still noteworthy because it is the first Motorola that Sprint has carried since the V60v. It could signal that Sprint has rekindled their relationship with the manufacturer.
Sprint to Sell Motorola Moto E Across Its Prepaid Brands
Sprint today said it plans to sell the Motorola Moto E from Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and Sprint Prepaid this month. The Moto E, which has a larger screen and supports LTE 4G, is available in white from Boost Mobile beginning today for $99.99.
Cricket to Sell Motorola Moto E Beginning March 13
Cricket Wireless today announced plans to sell the second-generation Motorola Moto E starting on March 13. The phone features LTE 4G, a 4.5-inch display, 5-megapixel camera, quad-core 1.2GHz processor and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Motorola's Moto E4 Hits Verizon Prepaid June 22
Motorola today said its recently announced Moto E4 smartphone will go on sale June 22 in the U.S. The handset will be sold by Verizon Wireless Prepaid online for $70.
Motorola Pushing Lollipop to Moto X and Moto G
Motorola today said that owners of the second-generation Moto X and Moto G handsets can update their phones to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Motorola has made Lollipop available to the Moto X Pure Edition, Moto G GSM (U.S.), and Moto G GSM (Global) retail versions sold in the U.S.
I'm not surprised in the least.
