Why put it in your back pocket...

Not that im trying to support apple or really any other manufactuer, but i never got the point of putting a phone in your back pocket anyways, what do you expect to happen when you do, is it not gonna have any consequence, your putting a lot of weight on a phone which we all know are fragile already so why do it, whether itll bend or break its just a matter of time,
Whether people shouldn't put phones in their rear pockets, front pockets, shirt pockets Etc, isn't a fair question. The fact that society adopts certain trends should be condusive to how manufacturers design their products. Yes, accidents happen but:

The reports were that the phones bent when in a front pocket. Not from from a sudden forceful impact, but a constant pressure (and possibly heat) causing slow deformation. Not acceptable in my opinion.

"...consumers have no reason to worry"

Other than the fact that, well, they bend!
Well, you putting it inside of your pocket the wrong way. That's what they mean by "under normal use" lmao.

I never bought into it anyways

No one just "bends" their iPhone without knowing it. If you're dumb enough to put it in your back pocket and sit on it - then you're just.....DUMB.

They act as if the phone was just chillin' in a front pocket, you danced a little, had some fun and suddenly your iPhone is bent. Yeah, um, no. If you can't feel stress and strain of an aluminum object in your pocket, you may need to consult a physician and have your nerves checked to see if they're functioning properly, because there's no way in hell you can be THAT oblivious.

It was an overhyped and misrepresentative from the start. The media hopped all over it (as if it was something that was common) - but left out the part of the COMPLETE gross negligence people subjected their ph...

So in short, blame the user...

'You're putting it in your pocket wrong'...

Apple itself is never to blame, only Apple users..

I learned the hard way to never seek technical support on a Mac from Apple because the only thing an Apple Store 'ge...

could this be the beginning of the end?

You can say a lot of bad about Apple. But the one thing Apple soundly had was their build quality.

I hate their software, business tactics, and most of all the droves of dogmatic iSheep that treat Apple as a way of life and find an elite quality to a device nearly 1 out of 3 smartphone consumers own.

Jobs would of never let the 6 plus out like that. This was a half baked market share/cash grab by Cook to break (bend) into the phablet market .

I'm not hater without having 1st hand knowledge Although my primary device is android there are 3 iPhones, 4 iPads and two Mac books in my home. I loathe their software and the whole Apple experience other than the physical build of the hardware.. I can't honestly take that away from them.

Translation: "You're bending it wrong!'

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Apple's disdain for its customers truly knows no bounds.
Well, given the way that Apple people tend to eat up Apple corporate spin and propaganda no matter how preposterous does kind of make one feel contemptuous, to be honest.

Only rarely does one encounter an Apple fan who is willing to be honest, to s...
