Second 3G RAZR Slips out of FCC

Motorola today received FCC approval for a second 3G phone based on what is now called the V3x. The E1070 is a relatively slim clamshell with GMS/GPRS 900/1800/1900 and UMTS 2100. It includes many of the same features as the V3x such as dual color displays, Bluetooth (including advanced audio and printing profiles), a MicroSD (TransFlash) slot, audio player, and dual cameras. However the E1070 only has a 1.3 Megapixel external camera. Motorola has not yet announced the E1070, so availability is not yet known, however it is unlikely to come to the US in this configuration.
Huawei P10 Revealed by FCC
The FCC today approved a new, unannounced phone from Huawei that matches leaked photos of the P10. The company is expected to announce the P10 flagship phone in a little over a week at the MWC trade show in Barcelona.
LG V10 Boasts Second Screen, Dual Front Cameras
LG announced the V10, a flagship smartphone that includes a ticker display, double cameras, and a more rugged design than some of LG's previous handsets. The main screen measures 5.7 inches and has quad HD resolution, while the secondary display, which sits above the main one, measures 2.1 inches and has 1040 x 160 pixels.
LG Earmarks the Q8 for Europe and Asia
LG today provided more details about the Q8 smartphone. The handset, which appeared online last week, targets one-handed use and easy portability.
Asus Announces ZenFone 3 Zoom with Dual Cameras, Huge Battery
Asus today announced the ZenFone 3 Zoom, a new "optical zoom" phone that uses two cameras, much like the iPhone 7 Plus. Both the standard and 2.3x zoom cameras are 12-megapixel.

GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 and UMTS 2100 is what Europe uses.
UMTS in the US can't be on 2100 unles the goverment works to get that frequnecy free.
