Boost Mobile today announced the Boost Premium Plan, a nationwide "hybrid prepaid" service plan. The plan is paid in advance, with no contract, but includes elements of contract plans, including reduced per-minute pricing, unlimited nationwide nights and weekends calling, unlimited text messaging, unlimited Wireless Web and unlimited nationwide Walkie-Talkie service. The only plan offered initially is a 200-minute plan for $49.99 per month. The plan is available to new and existing customers with a valid major credit or debit card.

Some new customers WHO???

The only may be new customer are with checking, and credit card accounts, with bad credit. What about customer with neither accounts and bad credit, which do I need to say are boost customers for life. It seems like this plan is geared for the privilege few. Most of the (chirp) Boost customers are African American. Doesn't seem like a good deal. 😕
