Some new customers WHO???

The only may be new customer are with checking, and credit card accounts, with bad credit. What about customer with neither accounts and bad credit, which do I need to say are boost customers for life. It seems like this plan is geared for the privilege few. Most of the (chirp) Boost customers are African American. Doesn't seem like a good deal. Confused
