Yahoo Screen Hits the Google Play Store
Yahoo today announced the availability of Yahoo Screen in the Google Play Store for Android devices. Yahoo Screen is a video app that offers access to clips from Saturday Night Live and Comedy Central shows, including The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. Yahoo screen also plans host to original content from Yahoo, Buzzfeed, The Onion, MLB, Vogue, College Humor, and The New York Times. According to Yahoo, Android devices owners can change channels by swiping up and down, or browse clips within channels by swiping side to side. Yahoo Screen is free to download and use. An iOS version of the app is already available from iTunes.
Yahoo Adds Gmail Support to Yahoo Mail
Yahoo Mail today gained the ability to manage Gmail and Google Apps accounts. Yahoo relaunched the app in October and made it compatible with AOL, Hotmail, and Outlook.
