Monoidics Buy Will Boost Facebook's Mobile Apps

Facebook has purchased a U.K. firm called Monoidics for an undisclosed sum. Monoidics creates technology that can be used to scan code for errors. Facebook is picking up Monoidics' technology and some of its engineers. The employees will be transferred to Facebook's U.K. offices and Monoidics' technology will be used to help improve Facebook's mobile apps and services.
