Bing Voice Search Faster, More Accurate on Windows Phone

Microsoft today revealed that it has made some under-the-hood improvements to Bing voice search for the Windows Phone platform. The updates take advantage of advances in Deep Neural Networks technology, which helps computers mimic the behavior of neurons. Microsoft says the result is voice recognition that is twice as fast and results that are 15% more accurate. The improved Bing search is being rolled out in waves. Microsoft said that the improvements carry over to other apps, such as text or email messages, which will be better at transcribing dictated content.

So basically I never will download for my Android

This is not a surprise, wouldnt be surprised if Google or Apple tried to put stuff in their phones to not make the experience "as nice" as on their own device.
Every Google app runs best on Android and offers an inferior experience on every other platform, from Google mobile search, to Google calendar, to Google contacts to Google Earth.....each one of these apps has an exclusive 'Android only' feature...
