HTC One Not Reaching U.S. Until Late April

HTC today provided an update about the availability of the HTC One. "HTC has seen unprecedented demand for and interest in the new HTC One," the company said in a statement. "The new HTC One will roll out in the U.K., Germany and Taiwan next week and across Europe, North America and most of Asia-Pacific before the end of April. We appreciate our customers' patience, and believe that once they have the phone in their hands they will agree that it has been worth the wait." U.S. carriers have yet to announce specific plans with respect to availability of the HTC One. Earlier this week, an HTC executive indicated that some supply chain problems have delayed the manufacturing of the One.

HTC Cuts Price of U Ultra to $599

Verizon to Kick Off HTC 10 Preorders April 29
Verizon Wireless today said it will begin accepting preorders for the HTC 10 on April 29. Verizon expects the phone to launch in early May and has not yet provided pricing details for the phone.
HTC Cuts the 10's Price By $100 for US Shoppers
HTC has dropped the price of the HTC 10 for the rest of the month. The phone now costs $599 when purchased from HTC's web site, a cut of $100.
HTC Says 'Mini' Phones Still a Possibility
HTC today clarified statements made regarding its plans for smaller — or "mini" — versions of its flagship phones. A report, quoting an HTC executive, suggested that HTC did not plan to bring any more smaller-stature phones, such as the One mini 2, to market.
