Korean handset manufacturer Pantech & Curitel has bought controlling interest in rival SK Teletech. Pantech & Curitel sells handsets in many countries; in the US their phones are currently sold by UT Starcom / Audiovox. SK Teletech is the hardware division of Korean carrier SK Telecom.
