Jan 8, 2013, 12:01 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Truphone today announced the availability of a nano SIM card for Apple's cellular-equipped iOS devices. Truphone offers wireless service only via SIM cards. It already has full-sized and micro-sized SIM cards for other devices. The new nano SIM cards will fit into the small trays used by Apple in its latest iPhones and iPads. Truphone pitches its service as one that's ideal for business travelers, as it lets them tie multiple international phone numbers to a single SIM card/device. It also has roaming agreements in place in more than 200 countries.
