Apple Pushes iTunes 11 Arrival to Late November
Oct 30, 2012, 4:00 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Apple today confirmed that it is delaying the release of iTunes 11 for another month. "The new iTunes is taking longer than expected and we wanted to take a little extra time to get it right," said Apple spokesperson Tom Neumayr in a statement provided to AllThingsD. "We look forward to releasing this new version of iTunes with its dramatically simpler and cleaner interface, and seamless integration with iCloud before the end of November." iTunes 11 was originally scheduled to arrive during October. iTunes is Apple's desktop application for purchasing music, movies, and other content, as well as managing iOS devices such as the iPhone and iPad.
