AT&T Shared Data Kicks Off August 23rd
AT&T today announced that its shared data plans will be available starting August 23rd. The company also introduced a new web tool to help users pick the correct plan and estimate costs. AT&T first announced the plans on July 18. Verizon started offering its shared plans in June.

Sprint today announced a revamped line of plans for multiple lines called Better Choice Plans. The plans mimic Verizon's in that they range from Extra Small to Extra Extra Large and are shared across devices.

Verizon Wireless today debuted a fifth option for data-hungry customers. For a limited time, Verizon is offering an 18GB shared data plan that costs $100 per month.
