HTC Incredible 4G LTE Goes On Sale July 5
Verizon Wireless today announced that the HTC Incredible 4G LTE goes on sale starting July 5 for $149.99 after $50 mail-in rebate with a new contract. The Incredible 4G LTE runs Android 4.0 and HTC's Sense 4.0 user interface, and features a 4-inch super LCD qHD display; 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, LED flash, BSI, f/2.2 and 28 mm lens; front-facing camera for video chatting, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor; and support for mobile hotspot. It will be available online and in stores.

Kyocera today announced the Hydro Wave, its newest Android handset for T-Mobile and MetroPCS. The Hydro Wave has an IP57 rating for protection against water/dust ingress and meets mil-spec 810G for resistance to abuse.
More Carriers and Phone Makers Agree to Adopt Google's RCS-Based 'Android Messages' Service
Google today said more wireless network operators and handset manufacturers will use Android Messages, its RCS-based messaging service, as the default SMS/MMS tool on their phones. (Android Messages was previously known as Google Messenger.) Some of the features of RCS, which is a global standard, include group chat, high-resolution photo sharing, advanced calling features, and read receipts.
HTC One mini 2 Offers A Bit Less of A Good Thing
HTC today announced the One mini 2, a follow-up to last year's One mini that adopts the design language and appeal of this year's HTC One (M8). The One mini 2 carries over some of the M8's best features, though it makes several distinct downgrades in order to meet HTC's price point goals.
HTC Desire 610 Coming to AT&T
AT&T tonight announced that it will offer HTC's Desire 610 on July 25 for $200 without a contract. The 610 is an affordable Android phone with a 4.7-inch display, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 8-megapixel main camera, front camera, 4G LTE, and a memory card slot.

HTC today revealed a new family of Desire handsets. The 626 series (pictured) and 526/520 series share many features, though the former is a bit more mid-range and the latter is decidedly entry-level.
