Isis today announced that it has agreed to make American Express cards and services available through its mobile payment product. Isis is a joint venture between AT&T, T-Mobile USA, and Verizon Wireless that aims to bring NFC-based tap-and-go payments to mobile handsets. American Express joined the Isis Mobile Commerce Platform last year, but now American Express is adding its cards to the Isis mobile wallet. Isis is expected to launch later this year.
