Europe Gets First 2-Megapixel Camera Phone

T-Mobile Germany this week launched the Sharp TM-200, Europe's first camera phone with 2-megapixel resolution available from a major carrier. The TM-200 is a tri-band GSM phone with a QVGA display, Bluetooth, MP3/AAC music player, and SD memory card slot. The camera also features auto-focus, a CCD sensor, 8x digital zoom, and an LED flash.

but lg is coming out with the 7.0 megapixal phone early next year..
is united states always the latest to catch up.?

Wow... you must be a time traveler because Samsung just came out with their 5 mp camera. The only problem is is that Verizon is CDMA and this is strictly GSM.
BTW if you're gonna lie at lease get your facts straight...

It's their most recent BT phone, and it supports headset, handsfree, OBEX, and dialup networking profiles, so I'm guessing the TM200 will be similar.
However, it will support Headset, Handsfree, Dial-Up Networking, and Serial. So will be able to use it with your laptop for Internet and sync, just not file transfer.
