Microsoft Pushing Office to Nokia Belle Devices
Microsoft recently begun delivering the second set of Microsoft Office tools to Nokia Belle devices, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Once installed Nokia Anna/Belle devices will be able to create and edit Word and Excel files, and edit (but not create) PowerPoint files. These three apps join OneNote, Lync, PowerPoint Broadcaster, and Microsoft Document Connection, which were pushed out to Nokia Anna/Belle devices in phase one several months ago. The download measures 50MB.
T-Mobile Outs Windows 10 VR Phone From Alcatel
T-Mobile today listed the "Alcatel IDOL 4S with Windows 10 VR" on its web site. The unique version of the Idol 4S not only runs Windows 10, but sports many of the upgrades available in the related BlackBerry DTEK60, such as the high-end Snapdragon 820 processor, 21-megapixel camera, and USB Type-C connector, none of which are in the standard Idol 4S.

DropBox today provided an update to its iOS application that lets users create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files from within the DropBox app even if the separate Office apps aren't installed. DropBox says users can create, edit, and share Office documents in the iOS app and then access them from other devices or from the web.
Microsoft Office for iOS Adds 3D Touch
Microsoft has updated Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Apple's iOS platform with a handful of new features. Most significantly, the Office productivity suite now supports 3D Touch on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, which can be used to call up actions such as opening or creating files.
