The T-Mobile My Account application is a tool for customers to help manage their account. The addition of ads to its behavior has angered T-Mobile customers, who've taken to T-Mobile's support forums to voice their frustration. A T-Mobile support representative has suggested several potential ways to alter the application's new behavior, but not all the solutions work for all users. The application cannot be uninstalled. T-Mobile's support reps say the are still working on a way to halt the advertisements.
