The Rural Carrier Association today announced that Cricket Wireless has joined as the newest member. The RCA is a lobbying organization that voices the concerns of smaller, regional wireless network operators to representatives in Washington. T-Mobile USA joined the RCA earlier this month, and Sprint joined in April 2011.
