Sprint PCS announced today the Sprint PCS Business Connection(SM) Personal Edition. This new software installs on a business PC, and allows full access to Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes email, directly from a phone or handheld via the Sprint PCS network. The software was created by SEVEN.

Verizon Wireless elaborated today on news it has begun to refarm its PCS spectrum for LTE. Verizon has already deployed LTE on its PCS spectrum in a limited scale across Manhattan and Cleveland, Ohio, with "about 10 other markets" currently in testing.
