Siemens Announces New Phones

Siemens yesterday announced the M46 1900 MHz GSM phone. The M46 features Java, GPRS class 8, EMS, and custom ringtones and images. Availability is scheduled for the 3rd quarter. Siemens also announced that AT&T Wireless will carry the new S46 dual-technology GSM/TDMA phone. Deliveries will begin this month. The S46 is a world phone, supporting both the 900 and 1900 MHz GSM bands. Notable features include GPRS, voice dialing, and synchronization with Microsoft Outlook™ and IBM Lotus Notes™.
