for the Samsung SPH-A660 / VI660:The Truth
Seeing as I work for Sprint, I have seen that the Samsung VI660 has extremely mixed signals from users. When customers call in to upgrade from the phone, it's almost never because the phone won't work or it's broken. It usually seems to be because their companies have bought them better phones. I even have people asking me "Why don't you have anything simple like the 660 I had last time?" quite a bit. I have gotten maybe 4 ...

for the Nokia 3585 / 3585i:Keep It Forever!
I work with the SprintNextel company and I had a Nokia 3585i for about 2 years. For phone use, that was the best 2 years of my life as far as I'm concerned. There are really no cons about the phone at all especially considering the time it came out and it's readily apparent if you've gotten this far in the reviews. From a Sprint Business Customer Service Rep's point of view... I owned this phone for about 3 months.
