for the LG Venus VX-8800:Took mine back
Great phone except for 2 problems. 1. There is no way to protect the screen. 2. The shiny screen reflects sunlight and can hardly be seen in the direct sunlight. Everything else about this phone is great. It would be nice to have a flip phone with the same features.

for the Samsung SCH-A970:Took it back
Nice phone but the voice software only worked about 1/3 of the time. Verizon was great about my return and is giving me another new after 2. Pros. Great camera Bluetooth worked great for answering calls Cons Voice software Reception just OK Slow link up to V Cast No sync with computer
