for the LG Dare VX-9700:
Overall I am impressed
Ok, This is my take on the Dare. First, I have to say, I have used many, MANY phones on Verizon. Each one is a hair better than the last (usually). This time, with the Dare, Verizon made a rather large jump. It worked out. Pros: Camera Sound Quality (across the board) HTML Browser (1) Awesome and responsive touch screen (2) Easy to text Great UI and customization Signal pull is great Battery life 3.5mm jack!! Music player worke when you do anything. It even pauses a song if you ...

for the Motorola RAZR2 V9m:
More Durable than I would have thought
I got this phone for my fiancee. She likes the whole "Fashion Phone" thing, needs a good camera, and hates big phones. She also has an extremely unusual habit of finding phones with issues. Very unusual issues. So, to say the least, we've returned a few (so many I've lost count) This is finally the phone she's committed to keeping. It's not had a single issue since she's had it and works great as a PHONE. Pros: Dual QVGA screens...just beautiful Camera - ...

for the Samsung SCH-U540:
Excellent phone, battery needs help
My recent phones are the Motorola E815, then the LG VX8300. I am extremely happy with this one. The only drawback is the battery. Pros: Excellent displays Texts preview on the front Sound - very loud and clear UI - lots of customization (for a VZW phone at least) size/shape it's just comfortable Cons: The battery drains faster than it should. Maybe it's the EVDO coverage in my area, but I really wish it was longer.

for the LG VX-8500 Chocolate:
Hit or Miss
Ok just for reference, my chocolate is on my second line that my fiancee carries. I have alot of use of both of our phones (mine's an 8300). To start, I'll say that getting a good model was a hit or miss experience. On our 4th phone (and third battery) it finally seems right. There were definitely some bad batteries, as the first 2 we got wouldn't last a full 8 hours with maybe 1 hour of use. Now ...

for the LG VX-8300:
Great Phone, Good Job LG
I'll start off by saying I was unsure if it was the right time for me to upgrade. My E815 has worked perfectly since day 1 and the battery's finally starting to drain a little faster than before. I decided after much research to make the jump. I'm happy I did. Here's my synopsis: Pros: Great Signal Quality: better than my E815 which always had a better signal than anyone else I knew. Extremely solid feel/build: Comfortable, light and just feels right to ...

for the Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood:
Best Phone I've owned to date
I'll just start off by saying that I have 2 lines and my 2nd line is an LG VX8100. My fiancee personally prefers the 8100, so she can keep it. Personally, after using both and really getting into the deeper aspects of each phone, I'll keep my 815. I live in Connecticut, where signals are always very touch and go. With the 815 to date I've dropped one call. Very good considering my traveling and talking habits. Signal is phenominal with ...
