for the Motorola Droid RAZR M:Excellent bang for buck phone
An upgrade discount with Verizon enabled me to get it for only $50 but even at the retail price of $100 it's a steal. The basic hardware (chassis, processor, camera) is all top notch and it shows in daily use; the phone exhibits no lag or hesitation doing anything and I love that it is essentially stock android 4.0.4 with only a minimal Motorola skin on top.
