Has to be the biggest and best thing yet
The new Note 3 is slimmer, lighter, and ever so slightly less narrow than the Note 2, which makes it a perfect fit in a medium/small hand; it's marvelous. (The plastic back is perfectly fine; it will come off permanently when I get the Samsung S-View case anyways and it keeps the phone lighter.) I've had it two weeks so am still learning. for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 (GSM):
Finally something to truly keep my interest
I've had this device for 2 Days now and absolutely love it. My recent devices include the Samsung Galaxy SIII, IPhone 5 Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Rezound, Bionic, Droid X2 and Droid X (on VZW), EVO, EVO 3D and Phonton (Sprint). I carry an iPhone 5 for work. The S4 is my personal device 
 Here's my breakdown: 

PROS; 
-Screen in crisp and a pleasure to look at. Colors are true and text is amazingly clear.

iphone 5 is the leader
No phone can compare to the iPhone 5. It is a modest upgrade but still one that is very welcome. i have had the iphone 4s ( loved it ) , the droid razr max, ( battery life was great) and even the samsung galaxy S3 ( a toy with to many options , not enough focus on quality output) PRO: Screen fantastic; apps fantastic; battery life improved; slimmer form; LTE is fast , mproved SIRI CON: Google maps and Youtube ...

The Best Device as of 7/29/12
I have everything from the rezound to the Razr Maxx and this by far is the best andriod phone on the market , Battery - I get 14 hours of somewhat heavy use. The HTC One series and the S3 line up are game changers. Pro: Audio Quality Battery Gorilla Glass Gestures SVoice (but android has had Google Voice for 2 yrs) Slim Swype On Board Fast Camera
