I actually work as an indirect agent for Verizon Wireless, and I have worked at kiosks as well. I agree with another user that said he managed a kiosk. Ppl definitely should get their facts straight about these kiosks & 3rd party agents. We cannot sell used or refurbished phones w/out the customer's knowledge.
