This phone is very good. It has excellent ring tone since it comes out of the speaker. However, the earpiece sounds a little flat, to me anyway, at the highest volume setting. Not to worry. I just use the speaker since I'm somewhat hearing impaired. Otherwise its a great phone and I only had to pay $100 with a $50 rebate and a 1 year Cingular contract. Can't beat that!
