I bought phone in January, set the alarm when I got home. Alarm goes off at random times. I have been back to AT&T store where I purchased the phone and called customer support several times....no satisfaction....received new phone...days later doing the same thing.....removed memory card, changed SIM card....no change....I like the phone, do not want a data plan or touch screen, not leaving me with many options for a phone.....terribly disappointed with AT&T customer support and ...
