for the Samsung Dart:
Samsung Dart - Decent for its price....
Paid $129.99 at Wal-Mart. Pros: - Very Affordable - Android OS - 800Mhz (Similar speed as LG Optimus T) - Snappy processor speeds/phone runs smooth - Easy to root Cons: - Plastic Feel - Almost too small for comfort - HORRIBLE screen resolution Basically, if your short on cash and need a nice phone, this phone is the way to go. It's decently cheap, runs OS, and is a decently smooth/snappy running phone.

Epic says it all..
If you are considering purchasing this phone.... seriously.... buy it. Go to Bestbuy or an electronic store where you can use the phone in person. Once you use the phone and experience first hand it's sheer brilliance, you will truly appreciate it's title "EPIC". PROS: Everything. CONS: Nothing.

for the Samsung Exhibit II 4G / Galaxy Exhibit 4G:
Amazing Budget Android
As a fellow Tech-head, this is a great Android especially for the price (was purchased at Wal-Mart for $200 in a box for primarily sold for prepaid services) Compared to other phones within its price range, ESPECIALLY for prepaid use, this is a fantastic deal. The 1Ghz Snapdragon processor is very snappy and makes Gingerbread run smoother than ever. The camera is decent, however the construction feels slightly plastic but isn't too bad. After rooting the phone with ZergRush and ...
