for the Sanyo SCP-5500 / VM-4500:BIG Disappointment
I have had Sprint service since the very beginning and this is the worst and most frustrating phone I have ever had. I was so excited when I first got it...it's really a terrific phone with lots of great features. But... Despite 4 attempts to upgrade my software, the local Sprint store refuses to acknowledge that this phone does not work reliably. Sometimes it takes 20-30 attempts at "redialing." The phone goes from a full signal to no signal ...
