for the Motorola RAZR maxx Ve:MOTORAZR is a very good phone
I’ve had MOTORAZR phone for 3 weeks and am very satisfied. I upgraded from a Motorola e815 which started to die after much use. I tested several phones before choosing the MOTORAZR, including the LG8700, LG8600, LG8300, Samsung A990, and the Samsung U540. Also, my wife uses a Moto V325i. My main measure of a phone is reception. Call of the incoming and outgoing signals is, to me, most important over bells and whistles. ...

for the Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood:Good phone
I have used the Moto 120e, Moto v710, v265, LG vx10, Audiovox CDM-8900, LG 6100, and now the e815. I have found that the Motorola phones always have better quality calls than any other phone I have used with Verizon. The e815 is no exception to this. I always look for call quality first, gadgets second. Pros -Excellent call quality. People think I'm on a hard-line phone. -Reception is excellent. Even in remote areas. -Ringer is good. ...

for the LG VX-6100:Bad call quality
I had this phone for two days. I thought it was a piece of garbage. My wife had an LG vx10 a few years ago, and that phone was far better. The 6100 dropped calls in many locations. Compared to my Moto v710, the 6100 worked about 50% as well as the v710. It dropped calls in areas where the v710 never even comes close to dropping a call. The phone also fades in ...

for the Motorola V265 / V266 / V276:V265: Does what a phone should do
I'm giving the v265 a 4.0, simply because it does what a cell phone should do; it makes excellent phone calls. The v265 was an upgrade from an LG VX10 for my wife. She wanted a simple phone that worked well. Pros -Call reception is excellent -People often think call is coming from a hard-line phone. -Call volume is excellent -Ringer tones are loud (only use a standard ring) -Voice dial works well - nice while driving. -Compact size, but comfortable to use. -Camera is OK ...

for the Motorola V710:Great Phone
Just picked up the V710 and I think it's great. I've always liked Motorola phones and this one met my expectations. It's a bit larger than the V600, but it fits well in my hand. -Great sound quality, better than my Audiovox 8900 -seems to get a better signal than the 8900 -Good key layout-easy to use. -Camera is good, great for a quick pic (anyone who thinks a camera phone is going to produce pics of excellent quality is nuts.) -easy ...

for the Motorola i730 / i733 / i710 / i720 / i740:Good phone, bad service
