With this cheap phone be sure of one thing - what is the phone going to be used for? If you need it to take, and make important business related phone calls, then stay away from this phone. It's great for anything else other than talking on. I knew this before I got my youngest this phone - reasoning that at least there'll be some savings to be had with not phoning, and only texting.
