for the LG LX-160 / Flare:I like mine
I've had Flare for about a year now. Nothing has broken on it, I got it at either Best Buy or WalMart. Target had it locked up on the shelf so I couldn't handle the phone. Note to Target: that's a huge turnoff - is anyone going to seriously steal a VM phone?! Anyway. Pros: piano black looks makes it a good phone for GROWNUPS like myself. for the Kyocera SE47 / SE44 / V5 (Slider):A Nice Step up from the K7 Rave
The K7 certainly fit my needs, after all I needed a phone that was a phone and not a toy. However, I needed something a little more refined that didn't cost more than a TV set, and that had a wireless handsfree option. for the Kyocera K9:I'll Take a Phone That Works Anyday
I've had my K9 for six months, I keep it nice in a leather case. I use the Happy Cricket ringtone for my best friend. I use mine to make calls, not statements. PROS: Love the blue backlighting. Love the bar style over flip. No dropped calls at home or work. CONS: I wish the SEND and OFF buttons were raised a little so that I could answer the phone without needing to look at it. It's bigger than most and has nice large buttons, which is a good thing for me; I called it from my home phone, it rang a nice, sensible tone and not a juvenile song; I could set it to vibrate also, which is what I prefer.
