for the Samsung Reclaim M560:reclaim
my reclaim lets me do my mp3 from other sites as ringers, texts, emails etc. Also the phone zooms on 1.3 not 2.0. The camera works good.

for the Samsung Exclaim M550:phone not worth buying
Complete waste of money.I rated it a zero on all it features.myspace and facebook don't work on your one click screen.screen freezes and goes black.battery gets hotand you gotta charge it three times a day.when watching tv it half screen and looks distorted.customer service sucks at radio shack dayton mall.
