The slim size of the phone is great and the touchscreen is easy to use. However, I have had several problems with this phone since I bought it about a few weeks ago. The biggest problem is that the image won't change when I slide it open, so the keyboard is practically useless. The touchscreen/keyboard option was my favorite part about the phone.
