for the Samsung Access A827:Very good
pro's .includes aim,msn, and yahoo .extremely easy to text with .has tv (which will be coming out soon on feb 09) .great memory space .you can edit the pictures on the phone .easy to use, and learn con's .you can't set a song to be your ringtone if its over like 300k .the videos don't take up the whole screen,(which is stupid because the phone's screen is super wide) and don't last too long
