This phone has been pretty good thus far. Her are some tips... Pros- Battery Life is good. Reception seems to be good. Phone looks very appealing. holds up to 10 e-mail address's. Great software browser works great. Great themes on themes4bb.com cons- [...] locks up daily mostly texting also every single time i acc. press voice dialing. Hope this helps overall i would have got the palm 800w waited to long to exchange.
