for the Pantech Ocean:
all-around great device
First off, the only reason I gave the Ocean a 4.5 instead of 5.0 is because it is a little big and Helio doesn't offer enough accessories for it (carrying cases, belt clips?!). This device is great, and I have only experienced 1 bug so far (internet browser went to white screen, wouldn't load any pages... so just closed browser, reopened, and problem is fixed) and that bug only happened once. for the UTStarcom PPC-6700 / XV-6700 / HTC Apache:
Great PDA Phone
This is definitely the best phone I have had. It has every feature you could think off and works quite seamlessly. The keyboard is awesome and easy to use (using it right now), the camera takes good pics, call clarity is excellent, and the connectivity options are truly amazing.
