I had to give this phone a "5" rating because I cannot find anything wrong with it. For Sprint to be offering such a nice, full-featured phone at the price they are offering it for is a real "phone scoop"! PROS: One reviewer said that you had to pay to use Yahoo! Mail. Not true!
