I think this phone is absolutely excellent. The revolutionary SurePress technology RIM developed is brilliant and device response is great. The initial software was a mess, I will admit, but VZW should have heeded RIM's warning and waited until the new software was available. for the LG VX-4400:Utterly dissappointed
I have had a total of three of these things. None of them which worked right. The first one, the screen flickered repeatedly. The second kept freezing and rebooting. The third is doing all three. Verizon will no longer allow me to exchange without paying for a new one or getting a refurbished one (if the new ones are this bad, I'm definitely not getting a refurbished).
