for the Motorola Q Global / Q9h:
Good phone but has room for improvement
I bought this phone and unlocked it to use on T-mobile. I dont know why but I could not get EDGE speed data, the fastest I could get was 33/kbps but usually slower even after hacking the registry settings. So that being said dont plan on using this phone for any other network besides AT&T. The one thing that bugged me most about this phone was the key letters were hard to see against the grey paint. At $20, you get what you pay for. pros: reception decent call quality good price works like it should and you'd expect cons: cheap screen slow OS virgin mobile service and horrible customer support

well heres my review on this phone. my first windows phone so far. i picked it up for $99 to upgrade from my BB curve. pros: windows mobile 6 light and thin, easy to hold nice crisp landscape display qwerty keyboard ringtones loud alarm works fine (in response to some of the other reviews complaining about it) plenty of RAM if you know how to tweak your OS, i usualy run around 21k at start up(i recomend sk tools) programs install ...

for the Kyocera Strobe K612 / SwitchBack:
a waste of money and time
i liked it till i actually owned one. note i had the VM switchback and the USC strobe. 1. the phone lock can be bypassed though the shortcut key--a big FTL. 2. if your going to text on the outside keypad, forget it way too complicated because of the positioning of the buttons. 3. sending and receiving pics, my phone always froze up i had to pull out the battery and reboot it. 4. i always had to close the AIM to use ...
