for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus (global):
Samsung Galaxy Nexus GSM
Excellent device. I had the Verizon version and could not hold LTE signal, so I returned it. I went out and bought the global GSM version and have never dropped signal. Works excellent on at&t network. Camera takes great photographs Screen is as good as the retina display Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) is a huge improvement over prior dated versions of Android. My only knock on the device is that it does not have expandable storage. GSM ...

for the Palm Pre 2 (GSM):
Minor step up from Pre Plus
What has changed since the Pre Plus: Processor up to 1GHz Camera up to 5MP OS up to 2.0 Battery cover is Touchstone ready out of the box. Everything else has not changed, and that is what is disappointing. Almost like Palm is taking a page out of Apple's iPhone playbook, minor hardware tweaks and a new version of the OS = a whole new model. I had the phone a week and returned it, I just couldn't justify paying $500.00 for a minor ...

for the BlackBerry Torch 9800:
Back with Black(berry)
This is a great device. Battery lasts for DAYS, not HOURS Cell signal is strong, calls are clear. No dropped calls as of this review. Wi-Fi & bluetooth connect with no issues Touch screen and trackpad have no issues Keyboard is great Slider has no "oreo effect" like Palm Pre, Pre plus, or Pre 2 (yes, I have tried ALL of them) Camera takes great pictures I have not experienced any lag with the BB 6 OS Only con, is the web browsing is still behind ...

for the Palm Pre Plus (GSM):
GSM Pre Plus on at&t
Having used the Pre on Sprint, and the Pre Plus on Verizon, I was hoping that the Pre Plus on at&t would be the best of the three. It wasn't for two reasons: Battery life - you will need car and travel chargers to keep the phone charged for a day, even with moderate use. Signal strength - My Pre Plus dropped to "SOS" and "No Network" a few times. Other at&t phones had no issues in the same ...

for the Palm Pre (CDMA):
Palm Pre...WOW!
Having used the iPhone, the Blackberry Storm, Curve, Curve II (8900), Bold, Nokia E71, 5800 xPress Music, N-95, LG Dare, and Voyager, amongst others, the Pre beats them all hands down. Granted this is MY opinion, and there are some things that are not currently available on the Pre, like video, but it is coming soon. And the app store will only be getting more apps, and better apps. The battery area will get warm if you ...

for the HTC Touch Pro (CDMA):
HTC Touch Pro on Sprint
I wanted this phone to be an iPhone killer but it is FAR from that. It looks really good on paper, but functions poorly, mainly for two reasons: Windows Mobile 6.1 Sprint network This Touch Flo 3D that everyone raves about is far from stellar, I found myself navigating like I do through Windows on a desktop, files, folders, etc. The camera does take good pictures, which is the only bright spot. The accelerometer is slow in re-orientating. Wi-Fi reception is weak, even close ...

for the Nokia N95 8GB:
N 95-4 "wow" factors
Wow, I cannot believe the price of this phone! Wow, I cannot believe how crappy and difficult the S 60 operating system is! Wow, it has a 5 MP camera, too bad I never got to try it out seeing I could not figure out the phone. Wow, the GPS thinks I live in Canada! I live in Wisconsin (close, but not Canada). Wow, the numeric keypad is small and hard to type on. Wow, the browser looks alot like Opera Mini. The final ...

for the LG Dare VX-9700:
LG Dare on Verizon
This phone is the best phone Verizon currently has, touch screen or otherwise. There is a learning curve, especially if you came from using a PDA phone like a BlackBerry. I was able to use Bluetooth to move my contacts from my PC to the Dare with no problems. I had to manually enter calendar entries. Music can be synced through the included Rhapsody software, and you do not have to subscribe to do it. The ...

for the Motorola Q Global / Q9h:
AT&T Q9h
I had wanted this phone since the Cellular One - AT&T merger. Finally, one came to a local store. I had moved to VZW, so I ported back and got the Moto Q. Then, everything went bad. The phone would not connect to the internet. The tech guy happened to be in the store, and they thought they fixed it by putting in a new SIM card. So I brought it home. At home, ...

for the LG VX-8350:
Verizon LG 8350
I have had the LG 8350 for a week now and I love it! Pros: Strong battery life, I have had to charge it only once so far. The paint job is great, a friend remarked that it looked like car paint Voice quality is great, everyone sounds loud and clear. Strong 1X and EV-DO signals, even in buildings! You can get VCast and Mobile Web, and they are easy to use I haven't had to use the manual AT ALL. Read this as ...

for the Samsung SLM SGH-A747:
Samsung SLM for AT&T
Pros 3G capability size easy bluetooth setup Cons User interface sometimes lags Callers sounded like they were on speaker phone No included USB data cable, and the cable was not available at the store I purchased the phone. This is my first Samsung phone, and my first phone with AT&T. I ended up exchanging it for a Motorola RAZR2 V9. For most of the time I had the phone, I had it turned off and the SIM card in my old Sony Ericsson W580i because ...

for the Sony Ericsson W580 / S500:
W580i: Imitation Chocolate? No, better!
I upgraded my phone from the SE W300i to the 580i today with no regrets. And seeing it is on the Cellular One GSM system makes it even better than that LG phone on "the network". I would give it a full five stars, but I didn't like the battery cover design (tricky to remove), and the memory card and power button could have been located elsewhere. Great camera Great screen resolution Great sounding music, including a radio! Buy this phone!!!!

for the Sony Ericsson W300 / Z530:
Sony Ericsson W300i
I keep going back to this phone, it gets strong signal and call quality is great On Dobson / Cellular One network. I did wish it took a standard size SD memory card rather than the Sony specific M2. Great also as an MP3 player and an FM radio. Not the best camera or color display, for that you might want to go up to the W600. Otherwise, highly recommended.

for the BlackBerry Curve 8300:
Blackberry 8300 Curve
I have had limited experience with Smartphones, the ones I have tried out prior to the BB Curve are: BB Pearl (hated it, took it back in less than a day) HP 6945 (loved it) Anyways, onto the Curve PROS Great display (320 x 240) Great camera (2.0 mega pixel with flash!) QWERTY keyboard Included Leather case puts phone on standby (I have read other reviews, and I guess not everyone received this with their Curve, but Dobson/Cellular One customers did) Speaker is clear and loud 3.5" headphone jack Call ...
