Fantastic Phone
PROS: with Verizon Service, everything is a pro if you consider the size of the phone and what has been packed into it feature-wise. Great reception; good battery; folks never complain about my "breaking up" ; camera is great for a VGA, even inside with good lighting; High ring is wonderfully high, and a low ring is low in volume, it is NOT almost the same as high, as one poster suggested.
