for the HTC Droid DNA:
Too much of a good thing.
For me this phone is too tall and too thin. Other than that everything else is great. Awesome display, loud speaker, love HTC Sense, great camera. Overall a great device. I just prefer one handed operation and it's a little difficult for me with this device. I'm updating this review to speak about reception. I found that out of the iPhone 5, RAZA HD, that the DNA does better in fringe LTE areas. By that I mean, it will drop ...

for the Motorola Droid RAZR HD:
Not the prettiest but still good.
The RAZA HD by no means will win a beauty contest. But it's Droid I keep coming back to. The size is great not too big not too small. Used the Droid DNA and I'm constantly adjusting the phone within my hand. Also good for the RAZR HD for having the power button on the side and not on top, this greatly helps one handed operation. Also I prefer the USB port on the side rather than the bottom. ...

for the Apple iPhone 5 (Americas GSM):
After a month kinda bummed
Obviously the iPhone 5 is a great device and an upgrade from the 4S. But in the end the only meaningful upgrade IMHO is LTE, which by the end of the day has the battery in the red. Through in the buggyness of iOS 6, and many apps haven't been rewritten for the bigger screen. After a month I'm thinking of going back to the 4S. Yes, yes all the pros & cons are spot on. But I have to think ...

for the Motorola Atrix HD:
Battery life is a deal breaker
I don't even live in an actual AT&T LTE area. And even after deep cycling the battery twice. It still dies out after 8 Hrs. I can't imagine how bad it would get with actual 4G LTE. Other than the battery life it's a great smartphone. So read over others PROS & CONS then keep in mind, this ain't no RAZR MAXX.

for the HTC G2:
Great in every way but one
This is a very nice step forward. And I loved the whole phone except for the speaker, just wasn't loud enough.

for the Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S):
Very Nice, if you get a good one.
I just read an article about how quality control of smartphones has taken a dive. I don't know if mine was an isolated incident or if others have had trouble with the Samsung Captivate. Mine, The 'Home' button seemed to be stuck, as if it was being pushed. And the ear piece distorted some at higher volumes. Other than a few problems which required an exchange, this is a very nice handset. PROS: Screen Size, Thin 1 Ghz Battery Life Android Metal Battery ...

for the Motorola Droid 2:
Sounds like the Droid X speaker
It is what it is, an update in every way except the speaker. I suspect after playing around with a friends Droid X Motorola used the same speaker or CODEC in the Droid2. Other than that it's a great update, much needed better keyboard.

for the BlackBerry Bold 9000:
2010, came back to the original!
PROS: Big Mods, swap out silver bezel for a black one, new keyboard, and smooth battery cover. 3 speakers loud earpice Great call quality Great RF Great battery life Trackball Runs smooth SD card is external CONS: OS is a little old 2MP camera Can't go wrong with the one that started it all. That's why between ATT's 9700 and the 9000 the 9000 edges out the 9700. https://www.phonescoop.com/phones/comp are.php?id[]=2431&id[]=1613

for the BlackBerry Bold 9650:
What happened to the volume?
Having used the BB Tour and coming from the BB 9700, whatever RIM has done to these new BB's (9700 & 9650) the ringer & notification volume is too low. Strange the BB Tour is almost identical to the BB Bold 9650 yet the 9650 isn't as loud. And just coming from the 9700 the 9650 seems slower, even though it has more memory. Defiantly slower boot up time. PROS: VZW 3G coverage Track-pad More memory 2GB SD included Red number pad Ear piece is nice and loud ...

for the Motorola Droid:
Nice attempt
I returned mine because of poor call quality. But to be fair a software fix is suppose to be out Dec. 11th. But even if it fixes the call quality I wouldn't get another Moto Droid. The build was solid and heavy but from a looks stand point, it just isn't that polished. The back looks as if it was assembled from different parts of the country. The physical keyboard is absolutely the worst, the keys have the texture of a chalk ...

for the Samsung Zeal / Alias 2 SCH-U750:
Very nice QWERTY phone.
I’m giving this phone a 4.5 because for me it’s pretty slippery and when flipping to landscape mode I think the hinge could be a little looser. PROS The E-ink QWERTY keyboard is really cool and I picked up how to use it within minutes Great sound from earpiece & speakers Quality built Easy to text on, keys are raised just a bit Form factor Battery life seems good Start a SMS in landscape flip the phone and finish it in portrait mode CONS Too slippery, needs a skin ...

for the Motorola Q Global / Q9h:
What took so long?
I skimmed over the reviews of this phone and the reviews I’ve left and couldn’t believe I hadn’t posted a review of the Moto Q9h yet. I have to say after several years with this phone it is the one I keep coming back to, the older black one. And by that I mean here’s a run down of what I’ve used than went back to the Q9h. Blackberry Bold Blackberry Pearl Blackberry 8820 Blackberry 8830 Blackberry 8330 Palm Treo 800w Palm Centro Samsung Instinct Moto V950 Moto Razr2 V9 Moto ...

for the Motorola VA76r Tundra:
It's a Motorola
Well, it's a phone. I think my expectations overshot reality when this phone came out. And if your still under contract but still want this phone buy it from Motorola's web site, it's cheaper than buying it at an ATT store or their web site. I give this phone a 4.5 because ATT really loaded it down with bloat-ware. The phone has locked up on me once just trying to turn it off. And if you use speaker phone in a noisy ...

for the Motorola Renegade V950:
Average
Well after a few weeks with this phone I'd say it dose what it’s suppose to very well, and that's being a phone. It has froze on me twice, but I blame Sprint and Motorola for that since that's the only combination I've ever had a Motorola phone freeze on me with. And the battery life is really horrible; if you want this phone get the extended battery and door. PROS: Answer a call with speaker button on top Use speaker phone while phone ...

for the Motorola SLVR L9 / L72:
SLVR L9 IN AMERICA
Ok for the sake of getting some reviews of this phone here since there were none when I bought mine. I’m giving it a 4 because I’ve only had it for a day. I’ll submit another review at a future date. A little background on how I decided on this phone, as to help anyone else making the same chouses as I did. I use my cell phone predominantly for talking and very little texting. I’m on AT&T’s network and was using ...

for the Nokia 6126 / 6131 / 6133:
BACK AGAIN-GREAT PHONE
Well after about a year or so of using other phones and other carriers I've come back to my good old trusty GSM Nokia 6133. Even at that it's amazing how the quality can vary between modles from the same phone manufacture. I've recently used the Nokia 6555 and it can't compare to the 6133. PROS: You don't have to remove the battery to get to the SD slot. Button flip is great when you're hands are full. Dual color screens. Excellent battery life. Great reception. Fairly ...

for the Motorola W385:
Very solid for price
Bought this phone with new service from VZW unaware that it had just come out, this phone is very solid and with the rubber coating feels good in your hand. Yes it’s loaded down with VZW proprietary UI but I can deal with it. Although compared to the flood of multimedia phones the W385 is no powerhouse but as for a phone with a little style and functionality it’s GREAT! Unlike most Motorola phone you can’t adjust ringer volume with ...
