for the Kyocera Candid KX16:Not a great first impression Kyocera!
I hated this phone so much. I had it for about two months before I switched back to my old Nokia. In fact, I hated this phone so much, I almost didn't buy the Kyocera I am stuck with now. I can make this list short and simple by just giving you the pros... Pros:+Perfect vibe. Not too soft, not overly loud. Cons: pretty much the whole phone.

for the Nokia 2125i / 2126i / 2128i:Great for beginners
This was the very first phone I ever had. It doesn't have many extras, but it was very simple and good! I got this phone with AK Digitel and it was probably the most durable of all THREE phones I've had with them. It is great for a first phone or a phone for someone who sees phones like I do: for calling. If you want a camera on your phone, this isn't for you. If you want bluetooth, this isn't for you. If ...

for the Kyocera K322 / K323:Good phone for beginners.
I recently bought this phone through Alaska DigiTel. I acknowledge AK DigiTel isn't great so this is from what I know of the phone.
