What are you looking for in a phone? The samsung memoir just launched with an 8.0 megapixel camera that can record video at almost HD quality. Or the behold with a 5.0 megapixel. Both are full touch screens. The G1 isn't too shabby too, and the Curve 8900 came out the other day with GPS, Wi-Fi, Stereo Bluetooth, and a 3.2 mp camera and autofocus

We can't police the policy, only follow it. Best way to drive the change is to send in a voice ticket

Hey guys, I've seen this being a problem as well, the best way to get an issue like this resolved is to file a voice ticket internally so that our business analysts can implement the proper fix

There wont be a way for T-Mobile to honor that price, as its comming from a 3rd party vendor, Amazon. You'll need to contact Amazon directly to have this corrected. T-mobile can ONLY honor their own, corporate pricing.

Re: T-Mobile Hot Spot @ Home & Sprint Broadband Together?

Wow, nice question. The short answer, is no. At least not with sprint's current service. But hotspot@home is supported with wi-max, so whenever sprint fully launches xhom, then it'll work. Currently, t-mobile is trying to get a fiber optic connection to work with the service as well, but its not quite there yet

I hope you're not t-mobile employee, because if you are I'm sure you've had plenty of voice forms filed on you. Conditional Call Forwarding= 500 mins Unconditional Call Forwarding = from your rate plan Conditional call forwarding, the phone will ring, then when not answered will go to a number of choosing, by default, this is voicemail. Its not free, it takes from the 500 minutes that t-mobile give you Unconditional call forwarding, the cell phone WILL NOT RING, and go directly ...

You have it backward my friend, Conditional is the 500 minute, Unconditional will take from youe minute bucket. Otherwise, it wouldnt be fair to charge 1 minute of your actual rateplan to have the call forwarded to your voicemail.

Indeed, I try to use other electronics when I explain the warranty to customers. For instance "Well, when you buy a tv, theres a warranty the manufacturer gives you, but when it expires, then its done, and you'd have to buy a new tv if it breaks, right? Same with your phone, now, i can give you the manufacturers phone number, and you can call them if you'd like to discuss repair options, but since t-mobile doesn't make phones ...

The LX will be 299 with a 2 year service agreement, but if you'd want the phone without worrying about extending your contract, then it'd be about 500 bucks or so. Then the sidekick slide will be launching november 7th for 100 bucks cheaper. And thats all I have off the top of my head. I think the new moto flip phone will be out next week too, i think its the w490 or something of the sorts

T-mobile is also following a plan outlined by the GSM association regarding 3g services. Before ATT had even launched their version of 3g, they were working on their version of 4g as well. A risky move--as the newest technology will have the higher price tag. Once t-mobile launches their 3g, they'll be able to provide high speed data at a much lower cost than all the other wireless providers, as its been out for a bit. At least, thats ...

Normal reps have a better chance of keeping their job than management does. Depending on the centers as well--what they'll be turned into, be it tech support, customer care, financial care, etc-- I'd imagine that the resources required to hire and train all new employees would be greater than just keeping the suncom reps and transitioning them. It also wouldnt match T-mobile values and the "stick together" mentality they are attempting to brand if they just up and canned ...

The curve is indeed set up to be used with hotspot@home--It may not be 100% operational at launch, but it is meant to work with the UMA technology.

All you've mentioned are sales rep positions. Customer care is a pretty sweet place to be. As well as technical support. There are analyst positions as well as marketing spots open as well. It's worth checking out. Outside of the fact that you're 100% vested with your 401k plan the moment you sign up with t-mobile, you get a 40% discount on two phones right off the bat, some extremely decent rate plans to choose from, and a chance ...
