I don't think they will lay people off the way Sprint and ATT are, but I gotta believe they will definitely be downsizing at least a little bit with Circuit City closing

I'm trying to update my curve to the new software but after it checks the phone for application updates, it errors out and fails on me. Anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks in advance!!

If they bawk at the price, I explain to them that it's a service that we charge for unless they're a VIP member. If they want to pay it, then great, if not, they can do it themselves with Backup Assistant

If Verizon provides no better service than Sprint, than please explain to me why my father and I (both w/ VZW) have signal where my mother and sister (both w/ Sprint) can't.

Um...VZW's 30 day policy is for everyone. If an upgrading customer wants to cancel the upgrade, they can. Everything will revert back to the way it was before they upgraded

Ya know, you're not that far off there. I've been hearing this a lot recently, but today was a new one. According to this guy, he was looking to buy a Sidekick from a friend which was currently activated on Alltel and was wondering if he could use it with VZW.

pwfb...Go to this website to post your letter. They forward all of them to the higher ups in the company and every legitimate letter that I've seen on there has gotten a response from the company. Good luck!

You're 100% correct. There isn't an excuse for it and that employee should written up if not terminated for it. However, this happens in every company. Wireless or not. If it were me, I wouldn't discount 8 years of great service because of one bad experience.

Not to sound rude, but if you understand that everybody has a bad day, and I'm sure you can understand that there will be people like this in every company, then why would you leave a company who gave you great service after 1 night of bad?

If it's a VZW phone, I highly doubt it's possible since you can't install 3rd party apps on it.
